FriendSpeak Training – Request a Proposal >
Our FriendSpeak team works closely with your church over a 4-5 week period, including two on-site visits, to implement a FriendSpeak program tailored to your specific needs. The following is an outline of what you can expect:

Initial Needs Assessment – You tell us about your church, your community, your ministry goals and dreams… and we listen. Because no two churches are alike, we pay close attention so that FriendSpeak can work in partnership with what you’re already doing.

On-Site Leadership Training – We’ll spend an informative evening with the leadership of your church, preparing for logistic and administrative details while providing you the tools and promotional resources you need to get started. At this training you’ll receive a comprehensive demographics analysis of your community.

On-Site FriendSpeak Training – Three-to-four weeks after completing your leadership training, we’ll equip your members with the skills and experience necessary to be effective FriendSpeak workers. At this Saturday morning seminar, we’ll train your members to conduct well-planned English conversation classes while preparing them to share their faith in a very natural and comfortable way.

Continued Education and Support – Once your FriendSpeak training is complete, you can rest assured that our work on your behalf has only begun. From regular communication and support to more advanced training opportunities, we are deeply committed to the long-term success of your FriendSpeak ministry.
